This action was commenced on March 30, 1977, by several members of the Holtzman family against their former stock brokerage firms and principals of those firms. The complaint alleges that in April, 1971 a broker, then employed by Proctor, Cook & Co., sought accounts from the plaintiffs and made representations as to how he would handle those accounts.
