These are actions for defamation based on defendants' accusing plaintiffs Barnes and Hayes of sexual harassment. Plaintiffs Barnes and Hayes and both defendants are employees of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) at its Watts Bar Nuclear Plant. The actions were originally commenced in state court.
