Appellee having confessed error in this cause in light of the ruling of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, reported as United States v. Sandler, 644 F.2d 1163 (5th Cir.1981), the order granting the motion to suppress, here under review, entered on April 8, 1981, be and the same is hereby reversed and the matter is returned to the trial court for further proceedings.
