HAIRE, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal by the State of Arizona from an order granting appellees' motions to suppress. The suppression order precluded the evidentiary use by the state of cocaine found in a small opaque vial taken from appellee Andrews' pants pocket by police officers during a warrantless search at the time of his arrest. The trial court's order also precluded the evidentiary use of a baggie of marijuana discovered when the officers...
