Calhoun, was indicted by a Hamilton County Grand Jury on two separate counts of trafficking a controlled substance, in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(7) and R.C. 2925.03(A)(5), and one count of drug abuse, in violation of R.C. 2925.11.
