The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Bureau of Traffic Safety (Bureau) seeks review of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County which sustained an appeal filed by Jack E. Trimmer (appellee) from a suspension of his license to operate a motor vehicle.
