Jonathan Collins Grange was charged in 1974 in a two-count information with assault with a deadly weapon in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-249(A) and (B), 13-139, 13-140 and with conspiracy to assault and/or rob in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-331(A), 13-333, 13-641, 13-245.1 Following a jury trial, Grange was found guilty of both counts.
