Defendant-appellant, Michael Dante Abate, appeals by leave granted a decision of the trial court denying his motion to quash an information charging him with a violation of MCL 750.539d; MSA 28.807(4). The statute prohibits the installation or maintenance of devices designed for secret observations of persons in private places. The defendant raises three issues.
