This is an original action for mandamus to compel the State Treasurer to distribute revenues collected and due under the Single Business Tax Act. MCL 208.1 et seq.; MSA 7.558(1) et seq. Plaintiff alleged that the amount of $11,856,233.90 became due it on February 1, 1980, and that the Department of Treasury refused to make the payment, claiming that plaintiff owed the state $7,917,363.19 as of April, 1979.
