PER CURIAM.

The defendant was charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520d(1)(c); MSA 28.788(4)(1)(c). A jury convicted the defendant on the charge and he was sentenced to serve 4 to 15 years in prison. The defendant appeals as of right. The defendant, the alleged victim and the sole eyewitness were all patients at the Ypsilanti Forensic Center at the time of the alleged offense.
