BIRDSALL, Judge.
Appellant was convicted of attempted second-degree burglary, second-degree burglary, and theft of property with a value greater than $100, each with two prior felony convictions. He was sentenced to concurrent presumptive terms of 10, 11.25, and 10 years, respectively.
