Appellant was divorced from Carl Vaught on September 15, 1971. Carl Vaught died on June 28, 1978, and, following the rejection of her claim against Carl Vaught's estate, appellant filed a complaint against the executrix of the estate on October 18, 1978, seeking a judgment for alimony payments awarded to her by the divorce decree. The decree was attached to and made a part of the complaint.
