OPINION

WREN, Chief Judge.

This appeal involves the issue of double jeopardy as to a conviction of reckless driving in municipal court and the prosecution of an aggravated assault charge in superior court arising out of the same set of circumstances. It further involves the issue of "double punishment" under A.R.S. § 13-116.1
