This appeal involves seven consolidated actions for nuisance and trespass. Plaintiffs appeal the dismissal of their complaints.

Three of these actions were brought by plaintiffs who own real property located in the immediate vicinity of the Bethel Combustion Turbine Facility,1 which is owned and operated by defendant. The remaining four actions were brought by plaintiffs who reside on property near the facility....
