This matter is before us on plaintiffs' appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County against plaintiffs and in favor of appellee Eileen J. Lugger against defendant Paul Lugger Displays, Inc., in the amount of $12,000 and ordering that the sum of $4,000 held by a trustee for the corporation be applied in partial satisfaction of the judgment in favor of Eileen J. Lugger.
