This is an appeal from a judgment affirming the findings of fact, conclusions of law and order of the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services (Department). The Department's order affirmed the denial of Frank and Betty Swansons' (Swansons) application for medical assistance (medicaid) for the period of February 1 to July 31, 1980.
