Ronald Jenkins was charged by bill of information with simple burglary of an inhibited dwelling, in violation of La.R.S. 14:62.2. On November 18, 1980, he was tried before a six person jury, which found him guilty as charged. Thereafter, the trial court sentenced him to serve ten years at hard labor.
