The Superior Court (Kennebec County) granted a partial summary judgment to the plaintiff, Joseph Sutton, against Charles L. Frost and Frost Realty, Inc.,1 finding them liable for conversion of a building.2 Final judgment for Sutton was later entered against Frost for $10,000.
