This action is a consolidation of two cases involving three plaintiffs, June Oil and Gas, Inc., (June Oil), Cook Oil and Gas, Inc., (Cook Oil) and Celeste C. Grynberg and Dean G. Smernoff as co-trustees for the Stephen Mark Grynberg Trust (Grynberg Trust). The facts in each case are different; however both allege that they were denied oil and gas leases, although their drawing entry cards or offers received...
