HERSEY, Judge.

After an altercation Appellant filed a complaint against Appellee resulting in Appellee being charged with and eventually convicted of an assault. A new trial was granted and Appellee was subsequently acquitted.

Appellee then filed the present action for malicious prosecution against Appellants which resulted in a jury verdict assessing damages of $2500 against Appellants.
