("BGW"), a Connecticut corporation offering consulting services in radio and television, against Valley Broadcasting Co. ("Valley"), a Nevada corporation presently operating television channel 3 in Las Vegas. Valley's claim that the contract was unconscionable and therefore unenforceable has been reserved for the court to decide...
