Petitioner, Jack E. Harless, a prisoner at the State Prison of Southern Michigan, brings this application for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On June 9, 1975, Petitioner was convicted by a Detroit Recorder's Court jury of two counts of first degree murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment.
