This Title VII action was brought by plaintiff, alleging race and sex discrimination in defendant's refusal to award her a career position with the United States Postal Service. Defendant has filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction due to plaintiff's failure to properly pursue administrative remedies.
