HERSEY, Judge.

By this appeal from a final judgment on the pleadings, appellant questions the trial court's determination that his affirmative defense did not avoid his obligation to appellee bank. We affirm the trial court's decision.

Appellant borrowed certain sums of money from appellee bank over a period of years and eventually defaulted on his obligation to repay. Suit was instituted by the bank which ultimately resulted in a summary judgment in its favor...
