MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO SUPPRESS

The complaint in the case at bar alleges that the Defendant aircraft was used to transport marihuana in violation of 49 U.S.C. § 781 and that, by reason of such violation, the aircraft is subject to seizure and forfeiture under 49 U.S.C. § 782.
