This is a suit seeking damages resulting from the breach of three leases. Two of the leases involved were on warehouse space, and the third lease covered office space.1 The owners and lessors of the property were plaintiffs, Roy W. Green and his son, Roy Wesley Green, Jr. (Wes). The lessee of the warehouse and office space was the defendant, Advance Ross.
