This case is now before the Court on the motion of defendant Lubrizol Corporation for summary judgment. The instant motion relates to Counts I and II of plaintiffs' complaint, the only counts in which Lubrizol is named as a defendant. In those counts, plaintiffs1 allege that Lubrizol conspired with co-defendants Jenkin-Guerin, Inc., a competitor of plaintiffs in the rustproofing materials market...
