Memorandum Opinion

TANNENWALD, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' Federal income taxes in the amounts of $483.00 for the taxable year 1976 and $671.00 for the taxable year 1977. The sole issue is whether petitioners are taxable on interest and dividend income.

All of the facts have been stipulated and are found accordingly.
