In this action, originally brought in Toombs County Superior Court, plaintiffs, in a three-count complaint, allege that defendant breached an employment agreement and shareholders agreement between plaintiffs and defendant and that said breach rendered a guaranty, executed by plaintiff Gross, null and unenforceable.
