Defendants have been indicted for conspiracy to import cocaine, and conspiracy to possess it with intent to distribute. The charges arise out of certain transactions with a DEA agent and a DEA informant in Quito, Ecuador. Defendants argue that the informant induced them to enter into the conspiracy, and they have moved to dismiss the indictment on the ground that it was obtained by virtue of outrageous government conduct amounting...
