This is an action originally filed in the District Court of Kay County, Oklahoma, wherein Plaintiffs seek various relief including cancellation of an oil and gas lease, to quiet title to the subject premises, declaratory relief, $3,000.00 actual damages for lost rentals and bonuses and $50,000.00 exemplary damages for alleged malicious acts of Defendant B.
