Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in the joint Federal income taxes of William C. White and Kathleen J. White for calendar years 1974 and 1975 in the amounts of $6,001.54 and $5,769.46, respectively, and additions to tax under section 6651(a), I.R.C. 1954,1 for these respective years in the amounts of $1,214 and $1,335.76.2
