This is an action brought directly and exclusively under the Michigan Civil Rights Act, M.S.A. § 3.548(101) et seq. (Elliot-Larsen) [M.C.L.A. § 37.2101 et seq.] alleging age discrimination; it was removed by defendant Rockwell International Corporation to this Court from Oakland County, Michigan, Circuit Court on grounds of diversity.
