LARROW, Justice.

The defendant was charged and convicted of aiding in the concealment of stolen property in violation of 13 V.S.A. § 2561. The appeal from this conviction presents one central issue, whether the district court erred in refusing to suppress a confession and certain physical evidence as products of an unlawful search and seizure.
