Plaintiff, successful in his civil rights action, now moves for an award of attorneys' fees pursuant to the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Awards Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 1988 ("Awards Act"). Plaintiff's motion was accompanied by an affidavit detailing the time spent on the case.
