In this action for damages for trespass to immovable property, Clarence N. Gewin, appellee, sued Willamette Industries, Inc., appellant. The trial court awarded Gewin treble damages for the value of the timber taken or destroyed, and general damages plus court costs. It denied Gewin's demand for attorney's fees. We affirm.
