Pursuant to Section 5(b) of the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act ("LHWCA"), as amended,3 33 U.S.C. § 905(b), plaintiff-appellee Dennis Cameron brought this negligence action against the owner, for purposes of this action, of grain barge AW-14, defendant-appellant Consolidated Grain and Barge Co. ("Consolidated").4
