MacFarlane, and the State of Colorado, bring this qui tam action against Buel Hutchinson, M.D., alleging that Dr. Hutchinson knowingly submitted to the United States and the State of Colorado at least fifty-eight false Medicaid claims from December, 1977, through October, 1979.
