This is a diversity action brought by the plaintiff, Studiengesellschaft Kohle m. b. H. ("SGK"), a West German Corporation, against the defendant Novamont Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, now known as U.S.S. Novamont, Inc. ("Novamont"), for royalties allegedly due and unpaid since March of 1977. These royalties are said to arise under a July 1, 1974 agreement licensing certain polypropylene patent properties owned by SGK...
