Plaintiff, Delores Villarreal, brought this action for personal injuries which she sustained in a fall on the stairs of a building owned by defendants, Harold Lederman and Richard Ringewald. A jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff and against defendants in the amount of $7,500. The jury also answered a special interrogatory to the effect that plaintiff was not guilty of contributory...
