SAMUEL, Judge.

Following the death of her husband, plaintiff instituted this suit for $25,000 allegedly due her on two group life insurance policies on which she was the named beneficiary and for penalty interest and attorney's fees. Named defendants are decedent's employer, Port Ship Service, Inc., National Life and Accident Insurance Company, and Manhattan Life Insurance Company.

Following trial, judgment was rendered...
