WELLS, Judge.
Plaintiff contends that the trial court erred in ruling that plaintiff's complaints failed to state claims upon which relief could be granted. We find that the rulings were proper and affirm.
A complaint should not be dismissed for failure to state a claim unless it appears beyond doubt that plaintiff could prove no set of facts in support of his claim which would entitle him to relief. The rule generally precludes dismissal except in those instances...
