(hereinafter collectively "WESA") and Hemmert Shipping Corporation on August 13 and 14, 1981, alleging that WESA had repudiated its contract of affreightment (hereinafter "COA") with FWC under which WESA had agreed to ship a bulk cargo of coal aboard FWC's vessels from Mobile, Alabama...
