Plaintiff, Robert Wall, appeals from the order of the circuit court of St. Clair County granting a remittitur of the jury verdict from $19,750 to $11,460.25 to conform to the proof adduced at trial. On plaintiff's motion to reconsider, the trial court increased the award to $11,791.89 due to a change in calculation pertaining to one of plaintiff's alleged items of damage...
