Ann. § 41-2203 (Repl. 1977), appellant Reynolds was convicted of theft by receiving in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-2206 (Repl. 1977), and both appellants were also convicted of promoting prostitution in the first degree in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-3004 (Repl.1977).
