Plaintiff, formerly a superintendent of schools, alleges a cause of action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and several pendent state law claims. Specifically, plaintiff alleges that he had a reasonable expectation of re-employment with the defendant school district and therefore was entitled to a pretermination hearing.
