The plaintiff filed this suit in Chancery Court to "set aside, vacate, and declare null and void" a divorce decree entered by the Circuit Court whereby an absolute divorce from plaintiff was granted to Terry Lynn Hamm, now deceased. The Chancellor dismissed the complaint, and plaintiff has appealed.
