SALAZAR, Justice.

This is an appeal from a dismissal of a cause of action arising from the appointment of a temporary guardian pursuant to §§ 131 and 133 of Tex.Prob.Code Ann. (Vernon 1956). We affirm.

Harold Foxhall was appointed temporary guardian over the person and estate of his thirty-one-year-old daughter, hereinafter referred to as "CFM," in an ex parte proceeding in the probate court. James Calaway filed a contest of Foxhall's guardianship...
