In August, 1977, the plaintiff, Charles Poole ("Poole"), and defendants, Melvin Christian and Dan Clark, d.b.a. Clark & Christian Moving & Storage Co. ("Clark & Christian"), entered into a contract for the storage of Poole's household and other furnishings.
