This matter comes before the Court on defendant's objections to a report and recommendation of Magistrate J. Earl Cudd, dated February 8, 1980.

The defendant in this case is charged with three robberies of the Summit National Bank in St. Paul. During the third robbery a bank officer followed the robber from the bank and saw him enter a 1977 or 1978 Chrysler or Plymouth automobile, Minnesota license number AJF 112...
